AA Car Insurance ....

All the following are included in your AA car insurance policy:

• Damage To other people's property.
• Driving other cars. Your liability to others while driving a car not owned by you, or hired by you under a hire purchase agreement.
• Foreign use The Territorial Limits are automatically extended for a period of 90 days to include any member country of the European Union, Czech Republic, Republic of Slovakia, Hungary, Switzerland, Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, Slovenia, Croatia and Liechtenstein.
• Legal defence The reasonable costs for legal services to defend a charge of manslaughter or dangerous driving causing death in connection with any accident which might involve legal liability covered by this insurance.
• Passenger negligence (eg careless opening of a door).
• Personal injury or death of other people arising out of the use of your car.

The following is additional with Third party fire & Theft or comprehensive car insurance as well as all items listed above:

• Loss of or damage to your car by fire, theft or attempted theft.

The following are additional with you comprehensive car insurance policy only, as well as all the items listed above:

• Accidental damage cover. Damage to your car and its accessories up to their market value including the cost of towing your car to the nearest recommended repairer and the reasonable cost of its re-delivery.
• Medical expenses. Up to £300 per person (£400 for AA members) for you or your passengers as a result of an accident involving your car.
• Personal accident cover £5,000 (£7,500 for AA members) paid to you or your spouse for death or loss of limb or eye arising from an accident with any private car.
• Personal belongings up to £150 (AA members £200) while they are in your car.
• Replacement car. For cars less than one year old and first registered in your name, which are damaged beyond 60 per cent of the list price, or stolen, a replacement new car of the same make, model and specification will be supplied, provided a model is available and not out of date.
